First, learners develop job-relevant technical skills through hands-on training, live sessions, and practical projects that turn learning into real experience.
Next, we help them build a strong professional identity by developing transversal skills such as communication, digital readiness, and green literacy. Additionally, we equip them with employability tools such as CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and project portfolios.
Finally, we support learners in transitioning to the labour market by connecting them with employers, mentors, and opportunities through networking, events, and personalised guidance.
By combining skills training, human support, and direct labour-market connections, we ensure learners are accompanied from learning to opportunity — not left to navigate the journey alone.

INCO Academy is a global, human-centred learning ecosystem that works to reshape the economy by helping underserved communities take their next step into digital and green careers, contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future. At its core, INCO Academy brings together learning, community, and employability to help people grow professionally and confidently enter the workforce.
INCO Academy programs are designed for people from diverse backgrounds who face barriers to employment, including unemployed or underemployed youth, women, migrants, career changers, and other underserved communities.
The training programs are organised as one comprehensive fully online learning journey made up of nine individual courses. Each course is divided into modules, allowing learners to progress step by step and build knowledge over time. Programs combine self-paced online learning with live sessions, workshops, and interactive activities led by facilitators, experts, and coaches. Learners must meet deadlines to remain in the program and graduate successfully.
New programs and cohorts open regularly throughout the year, depending on country and partner availability. There are commonly three structured cohorts per year, launching in February, May and September. Each cohort lasts approximately 10–12 weeks, followed by an additional 4–5 weeks of professional skills development for all graduates. Exact dates are available in the program timetable on the website.
Yes. Participation is completely free. Thanks to the generous support of INCO Academy’s partners, the training programs are fully funded and there are no hidden fees for learners.
No prior experience is required. Learners need access to a computer and a stable internet connection to participate.
Invitations for Coursera and Slack are sent once per day at the end of the day during onboarding week. Please allow up to 48 hours after enrolling to receive your invitations, and remember to check your spam folder if needed.
If you remain inactive during the first two weeks and do not communicate with your INCO Academy tutors, you may be removed from the program. There is no penalty - this ensures active engagement and allows space for others waiting to join. In many cases, learners may apply again for future cohorts, depending on availability and eligibility criteria.
INCO Academy aims to make its programs as accessible as possible and continuously works to improve inclusion. Accessibility details are shared for each program.
After completing all required courses and assignments, you will receive a certificate of completion from INCO Academy and Coursera. You will also gain access to our global alumni community, along with further networking and support opportunities.
Certificates demonstrate the skills gained and successful completion of the program. Recognition may vary by industry and employer. Google Professional Certificates are widely recognised and valued within the industry.
While INCO Academy cannot guarantee job placement after graduation, our graduates typically move into entry-level digital or green roles, internships, further education, freelancing, or entrepreneurial pathways.
Access to course materials may vary depending on the program and platform.
